A 2029 first delivery means a long deposit exposure. Ask what the deposit schedule is, what account it is held in, and what happens to it if phase one slips. Ask which specific residences are in phase one, because the 1,200 figure spans multiple phases. Ask how the resilient infrastructure and independent power are contracted rather than described.
